The Local Listing Broker is the real estate broker that has listed the HUD properties for sale in their assigned counties. You do not have to use a Local Listing Broker to purchase HUD properties, you can use any HUD-registered real estate broker of your choice. However, Local Listing Brokers are available to assist with property purchases, provide information and assist other realtors with access to HUD properties.
